Day 1:

Protein - Scallop Family
Veg - Mustard Family (Broccoli), Parsley Family (Carrot)
Fruit - Rue Family (Lemon, Orange, Grapefruit)
Nuts/Seeds/Oils - Ghee
Flavor Enhancers - Ginger Family (Ginger, Turmeric), Cane Sugar

(Add to Day 1 Someday - Banana Family, Blueberry Family, Cow's Milk & Cheese, Walnut Family (Pecan), Birch Family (Hazelnut & Hazelnut Oil), Mustard Family (Mustard))


Day 2:
Starches - Rice, Morning Glory Family (Sweet Potato)
Protein - Pheasant Family (Chicken Egg)
Veg - Laurel Family (Zucchini, Yellow Squash)
Dairy - Goat's Milk & Cheese, Rice Milk
Nuts/Seeds/Oils - Cashew Family, Rice Oil
Flavor Enhancers - Pepper, Brown Rice Syrup

(Add to Day 2 Someday - Apple Family, Plum Family (Peach, Almond), Laurel Family (Cucumber, Cantaloupe, Honeydew, Watermelon))


Day 3:

Protein - Codfish, Pea Family (Lentil)
