I cooked the cinnamon, turmeric, and ginger in ghee until fragrant. I added 1 cup jasmine rice to the mixture and cooked until the rice looked glossy. Then I transferred it all to my rice cooker and added a cup and a half of water. Meanwhile, I chopped carrots and steamed them in the steamer basket above the rice (my rice cooker came with one) with green peas. It was pretty good.
