Gluten-free Lemon Loaf

So I added in goats milk so I can do some baking.

I decided to make a lemon loaf/bread using my new gluten-free all-purpose flour. I used a recipe from Lynn's Kitchen Adventures for lemon muffins (except I poured mine into a loaf pan; link). Instead of the various flours and starches listed, I used my g-free flour. Instead of baking powder I just used another 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda (not a great substitution, but it worked out fine). I then used my ghee instead of butter, and goats milk for the milk. Walah! It's very very sweet, and quite good. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to eat foods that are this sweet, so I'm just eating a little bit at a time.
